August 27th: First Call on Sold Fiesta Tickets (Turn in sold tickets)
September 11th: Desfile de Los Niños (Pet Parade) Participation: meet behind Cathedral Basilica at 8:00 am. Dress in costume, school colors, whatever you wish... bring your pet of course... or stuffed it is a fun filled morning.
October 10th: Santo Niño Fiesta 2010, 9am-5pm
Raffle Tickets- You have received your initial 6 tickets per family. Please note that you are financially responsible for these tickets. You will receive $50 towards your $400 family fundraising commitment for every ticket you sell. First call for tickets sold is August 27th. The family that sells the most tickets will receive a $250 credit towards tuition or any fees associated with their student(s) account.
Silent Auction Items- This year we have requested that each family bring in (2) gift certificates to be donated to the silent auction. Please record your items you have solicited on the Master List in the main office.
Live Auction Items- We are looking for Art, quality jewelry, vacations, golf packages, hotel and or spa packages for our live auction.
Cake Walk/Confetti Eggs-Each student will provide ONE DOZEN CONFETTI EGGS &ONE CAKE for the cake walk.
November 13th: Turkey Bingo at St. Anne's Parish Hall
Sign-up to Volunteer-We will need prizes and many donated Turkey for this fun event!
February 25th- Mardi Gras, Archbishop Dinner, Location TBD- We will be in need of lots of silent and live auction prizes for this extraordinary evening with the Archbishop. Chairs and a committee will be needed.
May, 2011- Date and Location TBD- Archbishop Cup Annual Golf Outing- This fun-filled day is one of our most popular! A committee will be needed with raffle prizes along with many hole sponsors to make this event an annual success, not to mention lots of golfers.
